Job Summary: The Concierge provides excellent customer service while assisting visitors, guests, patrons, tenants and employees with their personal services and requests. This position is the face and first impression of the facility and is expected to be personable and friendly.

The Concierge provides excellent customer service while assisting visitors, guests, patrons, tenants and employees with their personal services and requests. This position is the face and first impression of the facility and is expected to be personable and friendly.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating the front desk while ensuring the highest level of customer service
- Answers phones from both internal guests and external customers
- Greets and interacts with visitors, guests, patrons, tenants, and employees on a regular basis
- Responsible for logging all guests and visitors in the log book/system and calling tenants when they have visitors and food deliveries
- Responds to questions and requests from tenants
- When asked, makes suggestions on nearby restaurants and activities
- Maintains a clean workstation
- Accepts and distributes messages and mail as necessary
- Handling packages – receiving, shipping, and distributing
- Develops and maintains relationships to ensure quality customer service
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma and/or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Prior concierge or front desk experience highly preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Able to lift 15-40 lbs
