With over 15 years of diverse experience in leadership and management, Jenny brings a well-rounded skill set to her role as Director of Operations overseeing the Concierge & Security Division. Her career began as a Concierge, where she learned the intricacies of client service and site management firsthand. Through hard work and dedication, she quickly advanced to become an Area Manager, and eventually Director of Operations, where I now lead a dynamic team focused on delivering tailored, efficient solutions to our clients.

In addition to her industry experience, she developed a strong foundation in corporate sales and customer relations through her previous role as a Personal Banker. These experiences honed her ability to build lasting, trust-based relationships with clients while maintaining a keen focus on operational efficiency.
